Second secret: eat well
Reason: “food is the first necessity of man”, and there is no exception for baby. To a certain extent, the diet decides baby's health. Eat well and the body will be good! Of course, "eating well" does not mean taking those foods with high-protein and high-nutrition, that means baby should absorb various balanced nutrient contents.
Five principles for baby to eat well:
Eat less of fatty meat or processed food.
Eat less of carbonated drink, sweetmeat and deep-fry food.
Eat less hamburger and other snacks.
Eat less salt, sauce and other seasonings.
Do not let baby bolt the food.
