Micro-crystal stone is sintered through special technique, under the similar high temperature as the granite, its quality average, density is big, with high hardness, anti-pressure, anti-curve, anti-impact, better than natural stone, durable and not easy to be damaged, and exist no crack and small line which appear often on natural stone.
     The main content of Micro-crystal stone are natural marble, shell, glass, mosaic, together with good quality macromolecule polymer adhere solution, it is manufactured through advanced technique, and it is environmental protection construction product.

     As the content of the micro-crystal product is choice, so almost no material which contain radioactive element. After high pressure and glue by high performance adhere solution, its hardness increase greatly. Even higher than natural stone. No color difference. And the size could reach to 3050x1250x12mm super thin big slab, this is what the natural stone could not compare with it. The natural stone could only be processed  according to the rock size and slab size.

     Its production procedure: mineral-crack to different size of small stone-add special material and solution→mix them→cloth→vacuum high pressure to form its rock, use diamond saw to cut them→rough slab→make them flat→calibrated→fine polish→cut→product.

     Notice before installation

     During transportation, must avoid fall, bump, etc. which cause damage, when put them outside, must cover the water-proof cloth to prevent the rain and snow.

     When install, the cement sand mortar could not be too wet, if too wet, it may occur two problem.

may cause a layer of steam film which make the stone and the mortar could not fix each other.            water not easy to vaporize under the slab, and will continue to basification function with cement, cause the erode and curve even break

     the cement mortar must mix average, if not average, its structure is not so good, will affect the adhere force, when the weight on the stone surface is too heavy, it will cause the breakage or damage the stone.
