Can high temperature article be put on the artificial stone top directly or long time?

      Answer: no, the hot pot, hot kettle, or other high temperature appliance, may cause damage to the artificial stone surface. Please put a pad on the stone surface.

      Could use the artificial stone as the cutting board?
      Answer: no, when cutting vegetable, please put the cutting board on the countertop, although the artificial stone surface is hard and durable, but cutting on it will still leave ugly cutting track and also cause the knife become blunt. If leave the knife track on the surface, could use 180-400 sandpaper to wipe the surface according to the track depth, and then use the cloth to clean again.

      Why the artificial stone surface should keep dry?
      Answer: as the water container a great quantity of bleacher and furring, if it stay on the stone surface for long time, it will change the color of the countertop, affect the beauty. If this kind of phenomena occur, please use 600#-1200# water sand paper to wipe it, dry it and spray some leather protection oil.

      Why strictly prevent the intense chemical contact the artificial stone surface?
      Answer: artificial stone have strong hurt-proof, but still need to avoid the contact with intesnse chemical, like paint solution, metal solution, oven clean detergent. Do not contact methylene chloride, acet (like nail oil), strong acid detergent. If contact with these, use a great volume of soap water to clean the surface. If contact with nail oil, use alcohol (no contain acet)  and then water to clean. Do not let heavy or sharp article to bump the surface, also do not use cool water and then hot water.

      How to get rid of the dirt from the stone surface?
      Answer: use soap water or detergent contain ammonia.

      How to get rid off the furring from stone surface?
      Answer: use wet cloth to wipe of the furring and then use dry cloth to clean.

      How to get rid of the knife track, burn mark and scratch?
      Answer: if the surface is hone finish, use 400-600# sandpaper to grind until the mark disappear. And then use the detergent and cloth to make it become original.

      If the surface is polish, firstly use 800-1200 sandpaper to polish, and the use the wax and wool polish disk to polish it by 1500-2000rpm low speed. And then use cotton cloth to clean the top, small white track use the eating oil to cover.

      Artificial stone could be retreaded?
      Answer: there are many kind of track occur due to different kind of reason, after the use of 1-2 year, it will affect the appearance, so ask the technician to polish it, with grinding machine and polish machine.

      How to maintain Artificial stone pot?
      Answer: if the time is long, and you feel it is dirty, fill the pot with water fully (50:50=water: blanch solution) , for 15-20 minutes at least, and then clean the bottom and outside, or use “84 sterilize solution” to clean it.
