Natural stone exist color difference, different part of rock in the same qurry, same mineral site exist color difference. While client require the product color to be the same, so it need to choose the material, choose the same color to be together, this make the cost to be higher.  Due to natural stone structure, from outside appearance, the color vein, color spot, could not be seen, only after cutting, they could be found. So how to make the waste to be usedful, use dye (1-3mm) could solve this problem.

As the stone have naural cleft, pore, tiny hole, so very easy to absorb the dye. Make use of this, we could dye the stone color to solve the surface color difference.

At the moment, there are 2 kind of dye, one is ready for sale, the other kind is to adjust the color according to stone.

The condition of the stone to be dyed. The color difference of the stone is not a little, the vein, grain and shade is about the same, color have to be light, could only dye light color to darker color.

Totally dye, ie, whole piece of stone the color is lighter, so need to dye the whole piece of stone surface, make its color darker, thus to make their color to be the same .

Partial dye: for one piece of product, exist two color, one part is lighter, dye this part, make it the same color as the other part.

Batch dye: a batch of product the color not so fresh, dim color tone, after wholely dyed, make its color fresh and beaustiful.

To dye the color line, color spot: the color line and color spot are of same color with the some grain color of the product, but spread not evenly, appear to be a line, a port or a portion, then could dye it, use few color of the product, make few colors of dye, and dye them spot by spot (every 2-3mm) .

Before dye the stone, put the stone on floor, clean the dirt, impurity, stain, blow them to dry, the best way is expose them under the sun, thus the dye material will be easily to be absorb by the stone.

With glove, use cotton cloth wet with the dye liquid and inunctionon the surface of the stone, observe its effect, if not so good, could inunction them 2 or 3 time, even many times, until the effect is good. Usually, 1 or 2 time could reach to the quality requirement. After the color ok, use the steel wire cotton to get off the dirt, and then clean by water.

Stone color dye is a new technique, make the color the same, fresh, no bad effect, and the color could keep for long time without change.
